Everybody needs a will
Whether you’re 18 or 108, everyone should have a will in place. People use wills to choose who gets their property, name guardians for minor children, provide a plan for pets, and more.
Through a will, many people also choose to leave a part of their estate to Tri‑Lakes Cares and make an impact on the causes they love, for years to come.

Planned Giving Secures Our Future
At Tri-Lakes Cares, we depend on the generosity and investment of our donors to continue our mission of empowering people to reach toward a better tomorrow. Planned giving, including bequests and gifts in wills, is essential for the ongoing support of our neighbors. These contributions offer long-term stability, ensuring we can continue making a lasting impact on our community for years to come.
Tri-Lakes Cares is much more than a food pantry. They get to know their clients and they provide health care services and help them address the real cause of their need for assistance. They do their best to help their clients keep working—for example, they will help them keep a vehicle running so they can get to their job. They have different strategies to help people who are temporarily in a bad situation versus clients who are suffering from generational poverty.
